Fear of failure is one thing. But mastering failure when it arrives uninvited is another.
My mother always reminded me: past, present, and future challenges exist to serve me—not to master me.
From this, I discovered the purpose of failure. Yes, failure can be destructive, especially if it chips away at self-esteem and self-worth. But out of its ashes, I must construct success. I cannot allow failure to master me. Its true purpose is to forge soul success. And to achieve that, I must learn to handle failure like a master.
It becomes easier to master failure when I view each setback as feedback, rather than defeat, guiding me on what not to do next time. This is how failure serves me instead of conquering me.
Each time I embrace this lesson, my fear of failure shrinks, and my soul success grows.
