How can I move forward if I am feeling stuck?

One remedy to help you move forward when you are feeling stuck is to:

I. Learn something new every day.

II. Make the necessary modifications based on that learning immediately.

III. Repeat steps I. and II.

This gives rise to the question: “How do I keep moving?” The answer is to keep repeating steps I. and II. and III., even when you experience a shift. This helps to generate a life that flows.
