A Tale of Manifestation

Once upon a time there you were, every day, cruising along, living an ordinary life in an ordinary world. It wasn’t very exciting but it was yours. You were feeling nice and comfy.

Then one day, BOOM! Something happens.

  1. Out of the blue, a great opportunity appears. It’s something you’ve always dreamt about.
  2. Or maybe, your greatest fear has come true.
  3. Or worse, a combination of 1 and 2 occur.

In any case, your life has been disrupted. You might say you’ve been turned upside down and inside out.

Spoiler alert. This is where you’re meant to be.

Things don’t always go according to plan. Especially if the plan is based on the same old story recruiting the same old patterns of behaviour.
Getting what you want has more to do with changing who you are rather than changing your circumstances.

Crash landing, you’re thrown into a new and unfamiliar world. You don’t know who you are anymore. And worse, you now have to grapple with new circumstances, new people, and a new life.

What next?

You know you need to hatch a plan to either follow your dream or to conquer your fear or both. You find yourself yearning to get your life back to the way it was before.

Whether you’re pursuing a dream or trying to conquer a fear, challenges and obstacles will appear at every turn. And as you know, things don’t always go according to plan. Especially if the plan is based on the same old story recruiting the same old patterns of behaviour.

Old plans don’t work when you’re being asked to learn something new, and become someone new if you’re trying to get what you want.

To bring this tale to a happy ending, you’ll need to manifest who you need to be in order to get what you want. Whether your goal is to fulfil a dream or conquer a fear, taking decisive action and making a sacrifice may be required. Only then can you return home to your old world. But you’ll be living as a changed person.

Getting what you want has more to do with changing your mindset, rather than changing your circumstances.
