Manifesting by Accident is No Accident

Manifesting by accident is no accident. Any result is a symptom of having made changes in your life for the better. When you honour your self everyday, then you create more opportunities for good things to come your way.

You can improve your ability to manifest what you want after you realise your self worth. Self care is often prescribed as a way to increase self worth.

But self care is a tired term. Just the thought of it is exhausting. Do this, do that, do the other. There’s a lot of activity attached to it, and tight scheduling required, to achieve good self care. You need energy to start a self care regime, but if you don’t have enough energy, then what? Where do you begin?

First, shelve the idea. Reset your head instead. Forget about ticking off a list of self care activities for now and focus on one thing. Honour. Your personal honour. You can honour yourself and do it just once a day.

What does that look like?

Day 1: Honour your thoughts. Write down one good thought you’ve had today.
Day 2: Honour your feelings. Identify an emotion you’ve experienced today. Write it down.
Day 3: Honour your body. Write down one thing you’ve done to honour your body today. Did you get enough sleep? Had enough water? Eaten enough fruit or vegetables? Taken enough exercise? You get the idea.
Day 4 onwards: Repeat days 1, 2, and 3 for one month. At least.

If you can do this for three months then watch it morph into some seriously good stuff. Then you can review any self care activities you had in place prior to honouring yourself. You might find that you want to rewrite your ideas about a self care plan.

When you honour yourself just once a day, you start a habit. Personal honour will become second nature to you. This is where you want to be. Where it take less energy to take good care of you because you have more energy to do it.

Manifesting what you want is hardly an accident. It’s a return on your investment in yourself. When you honour your mental, emotional and physical energy, you will strengthen your spirit. Getting more of what you want more often is due to having a good sense of self worth.
