Loving You Isn’t Hard to Do

Loving you may be hard to do. You might feel like a bit of a fraud. If this is the case, then try this 14 day program and let me know how you go:

  • Day 1  Focus on thinking like you love yourself.
  • Day 2  Focus on making decisions like you love yourself.
  • Day 3  Focus on eating like you love yourself.
  • Day 4  Focus on speaking like you love yourself.
  • Day 5  Focus on listening like you love yourself.
  • Day 6  Focus on breathing like you love yourself.
  • Day 7  Focus on moving like you love yourself.
  • Day 8  Focus on playing like you love yourself.
  • Day 9  Focus on working like you love yourself.
  • Day 10 Focus on resting like you love yourself.
  • Day 11  Focus on sleeping like you love yourself.
  • Day 12  Focus on trusting like you love yourself.
  • Day 13  Focus on learning like you love yourself.
  • Day 14  Focus on feeling like you love yourself.

If you still feel like a fraud by the time you reach day 14, then repeat the program. Continue to repeat it until loving you is easy to do.

You don’t need to neglect yourself.
