Undoing Unworthiness

Personal development is about undoing unworthiness so that you become what you value most. Let’s say you value kindness. You might work on developing empathy and compassion in your interactions with others.

Your personal development will undo unworthiness.

Undoing unworthiness is not always easy. But when you do, you’ll bring yourself closer to your purpose. Are you someone who feels unworthy of success? By overcoming this feeling, you might pursue your dream career and find fulfillment in your work.

You have to experience some emptiness at times, so that you can fill yourself up with things that are important to you. Maybe you’re someone who feels a sense of emptiness after ending a toxic relationship. The void can be filled by focusing on self-care and building healthy relationships.

When you fill yourself with your values, and remember to keep refuelling yourself, then you’ll be on your way to becoming what you value most. A person who values creativity might take up painting or writing and continuously seek inspiration to keep their creative spirit alive.

You’ll begin to realise your worth and you will feel worthwhile. If you’re someone who has always doubted their abilities, you might start to see your true potential after receiving positive feedback and recognition for your work.

Most people value honesty. By consistently being truthful in your actions and words, you align yourself with your truth and build trust with others. When you think, feel, speak and behave like a worthwhile person, when you become what you value most, then you are on your way to manifesting your purpose.
