A One Way Ticket to Soul Success

Success takes two forms: external and internal. External success is overt and often extroverted. It reaches high, loudly declaring itself to the world. The phrase “to reach the heights of success” perfectly encapsulates this outward pursuit.

But little is said about internal success, precisely because it is invisible. Internal success is introverted, deep, quiet, and meant to remain underground. If it surfaces, it transforms into external success, an open secret rather than a silent force.

The road to Soul Success is inside out and upside down…

External success dominates the realms of business, wealth, fame, fortune, and lifestyle. It is bright, loud, flamboyant, perceptible to the five senses. Even when it hides, the sixth sense—intuition—can detect it. Gut instincts reveal worldly success in others, even when they seek to keep it concealed.

Many people pursue external success. Some are born into it, while others create it deliberately. Yet not everyone desires this kind of success. Many introverts, and even some extroverts, reach external success only to realise that it does not align with the health of their physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual selves. It disrupts their relationships, their families, and their deeper values. They evolve. They change. Suddenly, their health, relationships, and inner world matter more than external success ever did.

This transformation often occurs in mid-life or earlier, sparked by a physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual crisis. There is no right or wrong answer. Rejecting or accepting external success is a personal choice. Some find balance, mastering both forms of success. After all, money buys tools that can help others lift themselves up. But extroverted success tends to suit extroverts more naturally—unless they choose to master both realms.

Internal success is a different path entirely. It is success turned inside out. Success flipped upside down. It’s soft, quiet, subtle, unseen. It resides in the emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. It is the success that you feel deep in your soul.

And unlike external success, nothing can break it.
No one can take it.
No one can fake it.
No one can corrupt it.
No one can bankrupt it.

Once you achieve internal success, it is yours forever.

Introverts are responsible for some of the world’s most invisible acts of compassion and empowerment. Their success is kept between them and their soul, or their god. No one else knows the source of their silent power and grace. I call this Soul Success the invisible force working beneath the surface while the battle for external success rages above.

The purpose of Soul Success is to generate and distribute unseen acts of grace and power. Those who commit to it—introverts and extroverts alike—understand that they are under orders from their soul to fulfill an invisible mission.

And that mission is never meant to be seen. The deepest soul success cannot be detected, not by sight, sound, taste, touch, or even intuition. No one can perceive the silent acts of power executed each day. That is the secret of Soul Success: No one should ever know that the power flowed through you.

Understanding the secret of Soul Success is the last frontier for those whose deepest purpose is to be of service to the world. Both introverted and extroverted success hold value, but they bring vastly different contributions. The world needs wealthy, extroverted philanthropists who channel their success into noble causes: education, food security, healthcare. They may be recognised for their efforts, or they may choose silence.

But there is one truth that remains.

Make your paradigm shift to soul filled success now

No matter the circumstances, true introverts will never reveal their soul successes, not even under the most severe emotional, mental, or spiritual pressure. Because Soul Success is not meant to be claimed or rewarded. It is meant to be lived.
