- Day 1 Focus on thinking like you love yourself.
- Day 2 Focus on making decisions like you love yourself.
- Day 3 Focus on eating like you love yourself.
- Day 4 Focus on speaking like you love yourself.
- Day 5 Focus on listening like you love yourself.
- Day 6 Focus on breathing like you love yourself.
- Day 7 Focus on moving like you love yourself.
- Day 8 Focus on playing like you love yourself.
- Day 9 Focus on working like you love yourself.
- Day 10 Focus on resting like you love yourself.
- Day 11 Focus on sleeping like you love yourself.
- Day 12 Focus on trusting like you love yourself.
- Day 13 Focus on learning like you love yourself.
- Day 14 Focus on feeling like you love yourself.
If you still feel like a fraud by the time you reach day 14, then repeat the program. Continue to repeat it until loving you is easy to do.
