You attract into your life exactly what your soul needs your ego to learn. If something still lingers, if you can’t let go, can’t surrender, or it keeps gnawing at you, then there’s more to uncover.
Recognise a Soul Lesson
Anything that animates you, whether positively or negatively, holds a lesson. If a person, place, thought, experience, or archetype stirs emotion, it means there’s something to learn.
Positive animation might feel like:
✨ Excitement: like starting a passion project
✨ Joy: finding deep contentment in small moments
✨ Motivation: feeling driven toward growth
✨ Wonder: experiencing awe at life’s mysteries
Negative animation might feel like:
⚡ Anger: reacting to unresolved issues
⚡ Bitterness: holding onto past wounds
⚡ Guilt: struggling with regret or responsibility
⚡ Grief: coping with loss
⚡ Depression: feeling stuck in heaviness
Whether these emotions last days, months, or years, their intensity determines the depth of the lesson.
There are layers of learning
🔹 Lifelong lessons: core experiences that evolve over time and tend tied to identity or deep transformation.
🔹 Short-term lessons: intense but brief challenges that teach quickly and propel change.
🔹 Small lessons: mild emotional triggers that offer insight but don’t shake your foundation.
🔹 Major life lessons: profound experiences that shape your worldview, often unfolding over years.
Everything points you forward (if you let it).

You draw in exactly what you need to reflect what’s unresolved. Every experience, big or small, serves as a mirror, highlighting what still needs to be worked through.
Instead of resisting lessons, embracing them brings clarity and allows you to move forward with more wisdom, peace, and understanding.

I’ll leave you with two questions to consider:
- Do you notice patterns in your life that seem to repeat? Refer to the list of archetypes to answer the question.
- What lessons might they be guiding you toward?
