Inspiration flows when you get out of your mind and into your heart. Imagine you’re trying to solve a complex problem at work. Instead of overthinking, take a moment to connect with your passion for the project. This shift might just lead to a breakthrough idea.
Lack of enthusiasm and motivation may have more to do with how you feel than what you think. If you are feeling tired and stressed, it might be hard to stay motivated. Take a break to relax and recharge so you regain your enthusiasm.
When you work out why you don’t feel like doing something, when you figure out the block or what is stopping you, then you can change your thoughts and attitudes, so that your head, and what you think, and your heart, and what you feel, are in alignment. Then real action is possible. Let’s say you’re avoiding a task because it feels overwhelming. By breaking it down into smaller steps and addressing your feelings of anxiety, you can align your thoughts and emotions, making it easier to take action.
Congruent action is essential if you want to move forward. When you’re passionate about a goal and believe in your ability to achieve it, you’re more likely to take consistent action towards it. This alignment of head and heart creates a powerful drive to succeed. When your head and heart are in alignment, your will is activated, and action is possible.
