Faith in Learning and Growth Ensures a Resilient Spirit

Developing resilience is a body, soul, spirit experience. It’s not enough to be emotionally resilient, given that everyone has four bodies: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. That approach to resilience places the burden entirely on the emotional body, which is already under strain, while it overlooks the vital roles of the mental, physical, and spiritual bodies. Genuine resilience emerges when all aspects of your being work together in harmony, guided by your authentic, Sacred Self.

Genuine resilience emerges when all aspects of your being work together in harmony, guided by your authentic, Sacred Self.

Your Sacred Self is at the core of your soul. It’s the part of you that is untouched, unharmed, and unbreakable. Your soul is like a sacred temple, a space that belongs only to you. Nothing and no one are meant to enter your soul space. It is your sanctuary, your inner place of safety and peace.

The health of your body, soul and spirit depends on how conscious you are of your personal archetypes. Your energy, life force and spirit are one and the same. Your thoughts and emotions together form your psyche. Your psyche is another name for your soul. Your true, authentic Self, which is sacred, is at the centre of your soul around which your archetypes, the different parts of your personality, at their best are grouped. At their worst, your undeveloped archetypes can mess with your thoughts and emotions, generating discomfort, stress, tension and even pain in your body, which negatively impacts your physical health.

Your Spirit is the life force that sustains you and all living things. Your current physical, emotional, and mental energy levels reflect the vitality and strength of your Spirit in this moment.

There is one essential quality your entire system needs to be resilient: faith in your ability to learn and grow from both your mistakes and your successes. The belief, the knowledge, the fact that mistakes don’t define you; they refine you, and that your successes are not just achievements, but lessons that reveal what alignment with your Sacred Self and right action feel like.

When you enter the sanctuary of your soul and embody the energy of your Sacred Self you can embrace your ability to learn and grow. From there, you naturally awaken and strength your Spirit. Your Spirit then fuels your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. All working together to build genuine and lasting resilience.
