Rest, Presence and What Truly Matters

Pause, relax, rest and flow. These words have been on repeat lately. I’ve started to wonder not just what I’m doing with my time, but why I’m doing it. Where is this leading? What is it all for?

What is it that truly matters?

Previous answers like productivity and achievement are no longer inspiring me the way they used to. They’re goals I thought I was supposed to want. But something else seems to be stirring. I’ve realised that this sojourn is about shifting my focus. Redefining what a day well spent really means. Instead of measuring my worth by how much I accomplish, I’m learning to pay attention to subtler, more nourishing forms of success:

  • A good night’s sleep.
  • A meaningful conversation.
  • A moment of stillness.
  • Learning something new.
  • Creating something new.
  • Living my values.
  • Practising kindness towards others and myself.

I’m giving myself permission to creatively experiment, to make mistakes, to try things that may not lead anywhere obvious, to follow curiosity rather than just check off to-do lists. I’m learning that growth doesn’t always look like progress. Sometimes it looks like slowing down. Sometimes it looks like coming to a stop. Sometimes it looks unbelievably boring. Sometimes it looks like letting go.

It’s allowing me to live more often from the core of my soul that is my Sacred Self. To reconnect with the rhythms of my life. To stop chasing and doing, and start being. It’s easy to forget that the point isn’t to arrive at some perfect destination. It’s to live fully, kindly, and well, right here, in this moment, in the energy of my Sacred Self.

Get into one of these Sacred Self Energy States to collaborate with your archetypes, to transform your disempowered archetypes, and to activate the highest potential of your archetypes.

So, take a moment to pause, rest, relax, and flow. Align your awareness with the spirit of peace and align with what actually matters. Because a life that feels like you’re living from the inside out instead of the outside in maybe, just maybe, is enough.
