Ensoul Your life

To ensoul your life means to live with depth as you align with your soul’s purpose. It’s the act of bringing the energy of your Sacred Self, your authentic self, into your everyday thinking, choices, actions, relationships, work, and rhythms. Rather than living through your undeveloped archetypes, or from habit, ego, or external expectations, you enter the sanctuary of your soul and begin to live from there, guided by the inner wisdom of your Sacred Self.

Ensouling your life doesn’t mean everything becomes perfect or easy. It means your actions reflect who you truly are, which is sacred.
Your Sacred Self is the real driver in the vehicle that is your life.

Ensouling your life doesn’t mean everything becomes perfect or easy. It means your actions reflect who you truly are, which is sacred. And you treat the whole of life that way. You embrace both the light, dark and shadow1 sides of your personal archetypes as part of your life’s journey. Your struggles and challenges are lessons that become gateways to transformation and the integration of wisdom.

Without soul, life feels hollow. It might be successful on the outside, but you feel empty within. Like something is missing. And by the way, that something is not a someone. It’s a piece of your soul that’s missing. When you ensoul your life, you experience greater fulfillment and connection. You stop chasing approval, validation or control, and start embodying authenticity, purpose, and peace.

If you want to ensoul your life, then you can train yourself to function from within the energy of your Sacred Self.

Get into one of these Sacred Self Energy States to collaborate with your archetypes, to transform your disempowered archetypes, and to activate the highest potential of your archetypes.

It takes practice:

Close your eyes and take a deep, slow breath in…and gently exhale. Feel the space around you soften as you settle into this moment. Take another breath in and out as you let this softening gently flow through your body.

Bring your awareness inward, to your heart, and into the centre of your being. Open your heart to experience the sensation of warm, radiant light to glow from within. This is the essence of your Sacred Self. Pure, undamaged, whole, and limitless.

With each inhale, breathe in a sense of calming peace. With each exhale, gently let go of any tension.

Rest in this presence for a few more breaths, feeling the energy of your Sacred Self expand throughout your body, from your heart, filling your mind, hands and feet.

When you’re ready, gently open your eyes, carrying this energy with you into your day.

You, in the energy of your Sacred Self, are the real driver in the vehicle that is your life. If it’s not your Sacred Self in charge, then it may be one of your undeveloped archetypes controlling it.
