Archetypes won’t tell you what your bliss is—it’s your choice—but they will guide you along the way once you decide to follow your heart. Your personal archetypes will alert you to the obstacles and challenges you’re going to run into, and how to overcome them.
Once you recognise your bliss, go ahead. Follow your heart but take your mind with you. Your approach needs to be a balance between intuition and logic in decision-making.
Follow your heart by recognising your passions, listening to your thoughts, feeling your feelings, and naming your inner desires. What gets you into your flow, where you lose track of time? Use archetypes to answer these questions.

Pursue what feels authentic and fulfilling. Following your heart is not about finding your ideal career. Although it’s true, following your heart may indeed point you to it. Following your bliss is a state of being first, then doing. Being in the flow. Doing what you love, what you’re meant to be doing. It may be as simple as reading about art history. (Imagine where that might lead? Then again, it’s up to you to follow that lead. Or not.) Your bliss is aligned with your purpose and your personal values.
But.
Remember to take your mind with you. Use reason, logic, and practical thinking to guide your choices. Consider the long-term consequences. Have a plan. Use your intuition and rational thinking to make balanced, informed decisions that align with your desires and reality. Tap into the highest potential of your personal archetypes. Let them be your divine attendant spirits as you follow your bliss.
