The negative personality tends to find a problem when you offer a solution. Positive personalities look for solutions when they find a problem. But. There is an upside to being negative. It helps you to be aware of potential hazards. There is a downside to being positive. It lets you ignore danger. Getting the balance right is a never ending challenge.

Defining the benefits and pitfalls of everything important to you is one to manage it. For every option you have in front of you, every choice you have, and every decision you are about to make, investigate the upsides and the downsides in equal measure. For every pitfall you can identify, name a benefit. The aim is find the same number of benefits and pitfalls, equally.
Finding the balance between a negative and positive mindset increases your emotional, mental and spiritual power. Society places a strong emphasis on developing physical power, which is absolutely appropriate, but it places less emphasis on developing emotional, mental and spiritual power. Developing your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual power encourages and supports holistic health. Physical, emotional, mental and spiritual power means happiness is more than possible. Happiness is sustainable. You become self-sustainable, so you have real strength of character. When you know how to sustain yourself, then you tend to have enough skills and drive to sustain the environment in which you live. You also tend to attract others who are self sustaining. And if they’re not, they may learn by your example.

Emotional, mental and spiritual power is invisible. Invisible power is stronger than visible power because it has more than one advantage. You can’t see it. No one but you knows it’s there. The combination of your emotional, mental and spiritual power means that your invisible power is 3 times stronger than your physical power. Imagine what you could do with that.
We can develop our invisible power or continue to dig up the future.
