No Bad Energy

There is no bad energy. All human energy is neutral until people consciously or not, choose to send it on destructive or constructive missions. This statement carries a range of spiritual implications:

Human energy is neutral until activated by choice. This asserts that energy itself isn’t inherently good or bad. This position aligns with many spiritual traditions such as Taoism, shamanism, Sufism, Christianity, Hindu and Buddhist philosophies. These non-dual teachings perceive reality as neutral until filtered through human perception and intention.

Energy is not bad. It’s what people do with it that makes it appear that way.

By saying energy becomes constructive or destructive based on how it’s directed, implies that creative power and responsibility is in people’s hands. This implies that people are not passive victims of bad vibes but active participants shaping the energetic field around them. All of which results in human agency and an appropriate sense of personal responsibility.

There is no bad energy.

I’m challenging dualistic thinking by stating there’s no bad energy: good vs. bad, light vs. dark, positive vs. negative. From a spiritual perspective, I’ve found it promotes compassion, understanding, and the possibility of transmuting so-called negative energy instead of rejecting or fearing it.

Which leads me to the potential alchemy when all energy is considered neutral. It suggests that any energy such as anger, calm, grief or joy can be consciously redirected or transformed into growth, healing, or creation. This is what I call spiritual alchemy in action.
