Your manifestation process is not working. So, what’s the story?
What story are you living? What story is stopping you from manifesting what you want? Which story could help your manifestation process to move forward?

Here’s a list of stories to explore. It’s not exhaustive, but it should give you some insights. Use the list to identify the story that is hindering you. Then use the list to identify a useful story to replace it. When you find a new story to live in, let your sub-conscious mind do some work. Let it mull. And watch what happens.
- You’re having a tough time. You’re on the lookout for an opportunity that is out of the ordinary to help you to overcome adversity.
- You were successful but now you’re not. You want to know how to turn this around.
- You’re in terrible trouble. Everything you do to get out of it only makes it worse. Your situation seems hopeless. The odds are stacked against you.
- You feel like Harry Potter living under the stairs. You’ve been hiding your light, but you know you were born for more than this. Your instincts are telling you that you’ve got what you need inside you to do it. Besides, your motives are clean. You can conquer this, but you don’t know how.
- You’ve been thrown out of your comfort zone. The more you try to get what you want, the more out of reach it becomes. You’re thinking that if you make one more mistake, it will be a complete disaster. You want to grow as a person, but you don’t know how to overcome these back-to-back obstacles.
- Your life has been disrupted. Even though you tried to do everything to avoid it. You’re wondering if you’ll make it worse because you don’t know how to fix it.
- One minute your life is coasting along. Then suddenly, things change. Life is full of complications you’ve been forced to confront. Now, you’ve reached a fork in the road, but you don’t know which way to go next.
- Your life is a run-away train. You want to get off. You’re wondering how you ended up in such a mess.
- You’re conflicted and under pressure. You’re wondering how you can resolve the situation because all seems lost. Your instincts tell you that you have what you need inside but you haven’t found it yet.
- Something awful happened. You’re aware that you need to work hard to get through the challenge and overcome the situation, but you don’t know how you will come out on top of it.
- You’ve been successful. You had power, wealth and you were popular. Now, it’s all gone. In fact, you’re much worse off than you were before your success. You don’t know where or how to begin. You want to reverse the situation. You’re stressed to the max, worrying that a reversal may not be possible.
- You found something wonderful, but almost immediately, you lost it. You want it back. And your instincts are telling you that if you can get it back, then it will be even better than before. You want to know how to do it.
- You’re in a tight spot. You thought you’d found relief, but it was only temporary. There was a glimmer of hope, but that’s gone. Your victory was short lived.
- You sense that something extraordinary is happening to you. Your instincts are telling you that there is no going back to who you were. You want to know what’s next on the horizon.
- You want to be of service to the world. You want to help others realise their potential, but you don’t know where to start.
- You’ve changed inside, and so you’re starting to change your life to match your inner world. But not everything is going as smoothly as you thought or dared to hope.
- You find yourself in situations that push you to grow on more than one level. Every level of your being: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual is challenged simultaneously. You’re wondering how you will make it through this.
- You feel you’re being asked to give more than you have. Life has become a series of tests. You want things to return to normal but in your heart, you know there is no going back to life as it was before. You’re wondering how to manage the pull of the old and the push towards the new.
- You sense that you’re being called away from a perfectly good life. You’ve tried to ignore it. But the urge to leave won’t stop. You’re searching for the support you need to get you on your way.
- You’ve bravely taken your first step away from the world you know. Now you’re in unknown territory. You feel disorientated. And worse, you don’t know who to trust or what to trust anymore. You know you need help, but you don’t know where to start. You wish you had a map to guide you.
- Things are drastic. It seems like a life-or-death situation. Life is pushing you to draw on all your resources. You know it’s forcing transformation upon you. You’ve stared death in the face. You did what was necessary. Or so you thought, but it wasn’t enough. You’re wondering what else you can do to get through this because there’s more to be done. You’re wondering where your energy will come from.
- You have a sense that you’re being reborn. You feel that you’ve been transformed by a life changing experience. You feel enriched by what you’ve been though. You’ve learned so much, you want to share it with the world. But you don’t know how to do that.
- You know that self-preservation is important, but you want to do more than just survive. You need to know how to thrive.
- There are so many obligations that you need to fulfill, but your instincts are telling you that self-satisfaction is important too. You want to know how to find a balance between the two.
- You want to follow your intuition but you’re not yet feeling brave enough to do it.
- You struggle with self-acceptance. To overcome the struggle, you wonder how you will ever accept the good, the bad and the ugly.
- You want to express your true self but you don’t know who that is. You know need to find out who you really are so you can express your truth with confidence.
- You want to improve your self-understanding. You know you need a new perspective on what it means to live your truth.
- You want to deepen your self-awareness. You want to move beyond the past, live in the present and explore your possibilities.
- You have an issue with personal responsibility. You either expect too much of yourself, or others expect too much of you, or you expect too much of others. This has a detrimental effect on your personal boundaries.
- You have an issue with personal boundaries. You either push yourself too hard, or others push you too hard, or you push others too hard. This affects your capacity to embrace your imperfections.
- You have an issue with personal perfection, but you end up disappointing yourself, or others disappoint you, or you disappoint them. You’ve had enough of self-sabotage.
- You have an issue with self-sabotage. You either sabotage yourself, or you sabotage others, or they sabotage you. You just need to identify the many ways you do it.
- You know you’re clinging to past wounds. You want to let go but you can’t. You need a way to manage your personal energy budget.
Once you figure out which story is useful and which one is not, let your sub-conscious mind go to work on it. Let it mull. Then watch what happens.
