Most people feel inferior about something. It’s part of learning to be human. The trouble with feeling inferior is that it rises to the surface at the most inappropriate times. Like when you’re trying to deliver a presentation to your superiors at work, but your sense of inferiority gets the better of you, so you end up frozen solid in front of your audience.
If a sense of inferiority is present in you, then you’ll need at least one person with a strong sense of superiority to expose your sense of inferiority. This is so that you overcome it.
When a person’s attitude or behaviour leaves you feeling inferior, of course, you can choose your attitude and response to the situation. You can refuse to be intimidated. Then what?
You don’t need to be inferior, so what will you do, now that you’ve refused to feel inferior? What’s your new goal? You need to make it a conscious one because it’s too easy to slide back into inferiority or slip into being the opposite, which is being superior.

A colleague hiding a sense of superiority can bring out your worst inferiorities. You notice that you’re not usually lost for words, but you become grossly inarticulate when you’re talking to them.
Social media influencers use a subtle sense of superiority to manipulate your sense of inferiority to their advantage. Let’s be honest here. Advertising is designed to prey on your fear of not being good enough, not doing well enough, and not having enough.
You don’t need to be be inferior. You don’t need to be superior either. That would be like trying to fight fire with fire.
What is the way through to a better metaphysical position? What is that position?
You need a middle road through this.
Put this metaphysical position to the test: All is One, without a second.
Imagine that you’re already on equal ground. There’s a space waiting for you. You just haven’t claimed it as yours yet.
